First Badger

Second time up to photograph the badgers hoping to see some cubs.
Sucessfully sighted the badgers although it was four adults and no signs of cubs.
Might try one of the other setts next time.
The big disapointment was the new D1X, last year all my pictures were taken in the dark with the Canon 300D and 550EX Speedlite.
This year I thought i'd try the new D1X as its a Pro level camera and I left my new 20D at home.
The Nikon, whether lens or camera, was useless as it doesn't like low light. The lens constantly hunts (Nikkor 80-400mm VR)and will not focus on chosen subject.
From now on I will definitley be keeping the D1X for daytime photography.
